20 beautiful acres now just $89,000 |
A115 20 acres with streams, spring, gulf view, forest, 3 sites - $120,000 |
Las Juntas is a small gold mining town that sits about 6km off the Pan Am Hwy just south of the Tempesque Bridge. Rio Abangares goess thru the town, thus it is often called Las Juntas De Abangares. There is a road leading out of town toward Monte Verde Reserve and this is the road to the property. There is a for after about 3 km, going to the right is a village called Sierra and to the left climbs up the hills toward the farm. . Continuing About 7km near a small grocery there is a gravel road off to the left that goes to the farm.
I will send more details and some photos soon. I am interested to trade for a small lot w/house in town |
These 20 acres are in a very interesting location in the foothills between the mountains of the Monteverde Cloud forest and the small ports of Puerto Yglesias and Puerto Moreno and on the Gulf of Nicoya. About 11 miles into the foothills above the Interamerican Highway, the finca is also midway between the cities of Puntarenas and Liberia, where there is an international airport. Important features are the property's own spring and the two streams bordering the property. Most of the acreage has wonderful views of the Gulf of Nicoya. Three building sites have been started. There are more than two acres of forest, and a trail runs through the forest. The finca is not far from the town of Las Juntas, capital of the canton of Abangares, a region historically famous for gold mining. It is also notable for thermal hot springs and for commercial and sport fishing. The owner is asking only about $1.75 per square meter. He is also willing to consider a trade for property nearer the beaches or a property in more developed condition, perhaps near Arenal. |

The very wide view of the Gulf of Nicoya is much bigger and better to the naked eye. |
