B65 Lakeview commercial building under construction - $280,000 |
See below for progress made by Dec. 7, 2011 |
Under construction in the village of San Luis is this two-story commercial building with 4 business spaces on the first floor and 3 studio apartments with nice lake views above. San Luis is a pretty village just 5 minutes from Tilaran on the paved lake highway to Tronadora. There is regular public bus service with a stop just a few yards away. The builder plans a wash and fold laundry service in the smallest of the four business spaces. Villagers are hoping that a "pollo frito" (fried chicken) cafe will take one of the 3 remaining spaces. There are several in Tilaran but none in San Luis and Tronadora. There are ex-pats living in the vicinity. A marina and a hotel are located on a beautiful cove at the other side of the village. Beside the marina is a gated development. It's a scenic and temperate area near the northern end of the lake renowned for its seasonal windsurfing and kite-surfing. The owner/builder will negotiate for a sale at any time during or following construction. |

The three studio aparments on the second storey will have nice lake views.

These views at different stages of the construction show how the walls may be removed in order to combine 2 or more commercial spaces. |

|
Each commercial space has a handicapped accessible bathroom and a separate room with a shower, certainly a unique feature for a commercial building. |
