There's an alarm system and an electric gate at the entrance to the curving cobblestone driveway. There is a minimum of 6 months on the rental. Utilities not included in the rental price are electricity, water, SkyTV, and telephone. Outdoor furniture is stored in the house.

In addition there is a fully stocked studio cabina on the property. It has a full bathroom and a double bed. Its rental may be negotiated in addition to the house rental.
