A comfortable and attractive 2 story 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house in San Luis (between Tronadora and Tilaran) with great views of Lake Arenal and the northern volcanoes, this is an excellent home base for your tropical vacation. It also is conveniently located on the public bus rout between Tronadora and Tilaran so that you needn't rent a car but instead stroll to a nearby restaurant or to the marina, lakeside park, floating dock, bar and restaurant at San Luis Cove. It's a 15 minute bus ride (6 KM) to Tilaran (the largest town near the lake with many stores, banks, medical clinics, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. You can also visit the mini-markets and churches in San Luis. If yoy like nature walks, take the nearby Chango Trail past the San LUis elementary school and in the lakeside forest you are likely to see toucans and perhaps sloths and howler monkeys. The house has large picture windows and decks front and back. The monthly rent is $550 plus utilities.
